ShopAkemi.com offers two shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO and FPO addresses: UPS and the US Postal Service. Please note that deliveries to POST OFFICE BOXES are sent only via US Postal Service. We regret that at this time we are unable to ship to international addresses or U.S. territories.

DELIVERY TIME PERIOD:

STANDARD SHIPPING: Generally arrives within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS from the date your package is shipped. (May be fewer days if shipped within California or to the Western states.)

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Generally arrives within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS from the date your package is shipped.

*BUSINESS DAYS are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

**Oftentimes, carriers seem to be able to DELIVER MORE QUICKLY TO COMMERCIAL WORK PLACES THAN TO RESIDENCES. (This seems to be a better option for many customers.) Be sure to include the COMPANY NAME in the "SHIP TO" section to take advantage of this possibility.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIME PERIOD: Most orders are shipped from our store within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday generally ship on Monday. If there is a delay, we will contact you. *Please note, we are not responsible for any carrier caused delays.

After shipment, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You may track your package from the time of shipment through delivery. Tracking information is available through both the USPS and UPS systems. Both systems are normally very reliable, but occasionally glitches do occur. While ShopAkemi.com is not responsible for the proper maintenance or functioning of those systems, we would of course do whatever we could to help track down your package.

INSURANCE: Your shipping fee INCLUDES all applicable insurance.

MULTIPLE BOXES OR BACK ORDERED ITEMS: We do NOT charge extra in either situation.

ALASKA and HAWAII: At the present time, we offer only STANDARD Shipping. Add only $5.00 to the STANDARD Rates for the 48 states.

HOW ARE SHIPPING CHARGES APPLIED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? At the present time, you may only designate ONE shipping address per order. If you would like to send items to MULTIPLE addresses, you will need to make SEPARATE orders.

OOPS! SENT MY PACKAGE TO THE WRONG ADDRESS: NOW WHAT DO I DO?

Please email us immediately and alert us of your error. We will do whatever we can to correct the situation. However, please be aware that we are able to guarantee delivery only to the address given. The carrier may be unable to forward those packages. If they are forwardable, the carrier may charge extra fees. Unfortunately, we would have to pass on those additional charges to you.
